  Decided to check out Lifetime on a whim and fell in love with this gym! The classes, amenities, and facilities are amazing. I highly recommend trying out the Team group training. I joined Team Cut with Alyssa (best trainer ever FYI) and have already lost 20lbs. I love the accountability and support you get from your trainer and other Team members. The other classes are great too. So far I have tried rockclimbing, swimming, studio cycle, amp cycle, TCX (Malea is awesome BTW) , Shred, and yoga and would recommend them all. This club just has so much to offer.
